This incredible hand fan is from our large collection of gorgeous vintage fans.
Hand painted and signed by the artist: Jod. Vivaneos (very difficult to discern). The signature is in a maroon shade hand written lower left corner.
An amazing piece of art. This fan is beautiful in every aspect.
Original label in red and gold foil: Made In Spain.
It is in excellent condition.
The delicate gold paint at the rim of the piece is stunning. There is also a line of gold around the top of the sticks and toward the base of the sticks. Very elaborate design on the sticks and the guards. Gorgeous ecru lace.
The design is exquisite with the paint moving from the silk to the actual plastic/Bakelite,
Very unique style. The colors are bright and so crisp.
It is suitable for framing.
